Pimp your Tam O'Shanter: Needle Felting

This is great introduction to needle felting. Working on wool tams we will "paint" a design on the tams with roving and needle felting techniques. You can create something as simple as a doodle to add color to the tam or challenge yourself to a work of art. Everything you'll need is in the kits just bring your imagination. Kit cost $16.00 payable to the instructor.
